Carasti monitors your service schedule. You will receive a reminder when service is due. You can request service through:
- The Carasti app
- Live chat
- Customer support
Standard servicing is included and usually completed within a few days. If your car needs to stay longer, we will provide a temporary replacement vehicle.
You must notify us within 24 hours by email with your license plate number, contract number, and photos. We will review and respond quickly.
