How do I subscribe to a Car on Carasti?

Who owns the car?

The cars are owned by our fleet partners who kindly provide the Carasti inventory.

What’s included in my Subscription?

Your subscription includes the Car, Insurance, Warranty, Maintenance, 24hr Roadside Assistance.

What is the minimum subscription period?

The minimum subscription period is 1 month.

How often can I switch my car?

You can switch your car at the end of your subscription term. For example, if you subscribe for 1 month you will be able to select your next car 3 weeks into your subscription for delivery at the end of your current plan.

If I’m in a long term subscription will I automatically renew for the same period?

Cars from the used car section will renew automatically for the period of 1 month on the one-month rate if you don't cancel or confirm a long term commitment again. New cars will not automatically renew and a subscription manager will call you prior to the end of your term to give you options to keep the same car or get a brand new car again.

Is it essential to have a KSA driving license?

Yes

What is the minimum age to use your service?

21 Years old - please reach out to us if you are younger and we may be able to support with a bespoke insurance deal.

How long does it take to get a car with Carasti?

You can select and subscribe to a car in minutes and delivery can happen in as little as 4 hours from your original booking as long as you book before 2pm. Mini-Leases take up to 30 days as we buy the car new, register and insure it and then deliver it to you. You will see the exact delivery date available for each car in the new section as you proceed through the booking process to select the delivery date.

Do you deliver the car?

Yes, we can deliver the car however, self pickup options are also available.

Is a deposit required?

No deposit is required with Carasti.

When will I be charged my monthly fee?

You will be charged your fee when you confirm your subscription. For renewals, you will be auto charged on your subscription end date unless you decide to end your subscription.

What is the cancellation policy?

In case of a booking received without valid documentation or cancellation before delivery for any reason, Carasti will refund you minus a SAR 250 administrative fee.

1 month used car policy:

If you wish to terminate your 1-month subscription early you are free to do so and schedule a pick-up of your vehicle in app at no cancellation charge. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund is applicable in this case.

3 month used car policy:

In case of early termination of a 3 month subscription, Carasti will charge you a flat SAR 350 fee.

9 month used car policy:

In case of early termination of a 9 month subscription, Carasti will charge you a flat SAR 1,050 fee.

New Car Mini Lease policy:

Any 6, 9 or 12 month Mini Lease plans will incur a 3 month penalty for early cancellation. Any 24 or 36 month Mini Lease plans will incur a 6 month penalty for early cancellation. For more details on cancellations for both Monthly and Mini Lease Subscriptions please refer to our T&C's.

Is insurance fully comprehensive?

Yes, your insurance is fully comprehensive however there will be an excess to pay should you have an accident which is your fault.

What is the process in case of an accident or damage to my vehicle?

In the event of any accident or vandalism to or the theft of the Vehicle, you shall report the incident to the traffic police (993) and also through the Najm App, note down all the details of parties involved, take pictures of the accident and upload all through the Najm app, you will then be assigned a surveyor. The surveyor will arrive at the scene and provide you with a report. This report states the cause of the accident and shall determine which party is at fault. Once you have this report you can contact the fleet partner and/or Carasti to arrange for your car to be collected and a replacement will be arranged.

Do I have to pay an excess fee?

Excess amounts vary from 1000SAR on economy cars to 10,000SAR+ for supercars. You can purchase excess cover insurance to reduce this to zero. Please contact us on +966 11 510 2960 to find out more
